I am a native of the Spokane/Colbert area, with deep ties to the community. I graduated from Mead High School and completed my formal education at WSU, proudly sporting the colors of the Cougars. Real estate has always been an integral part of my life, as my father and grandfather were esteemed homebuilders and agents in the Spokane area.  Before dedicating myself full-time to the real estate industry, I held positions of leadership in a substantial moving and storage company right here in Spokane. My wife, Becky Ruark, also holds a license as a Broker in both Washington and Idaho, amassing a decade of experience in the field. Together, we own rental properties and share a family with four children.

My primary objective is to deliver top-tier property management services, enabling property owners to generate a steady income from their investments while watching their equity grow year after year. For our tenants, we aspire to be recognized as the premier management company offering a selection of high- quality single-family homes throughout Spokane.

With both parents deeply immersed in the industry, his early exposure ignited a profound passion for the field. His journey in real estate began with a focus on real estate photography, where he honed his skills to capture the essence and value of properties.

Over the years, Chaz has dedicated himself to property management, accumulating valuable experience and insights in the field. Today, he stands at the helm of the Windermere Lease Source Team at the Cheney location. His leadership and commitment to excellence make him the trusted choice for property owners and renters in the Cheney and Medical Lake areas.
